Bom Jesus farm in the Alta Mogiana Region of Brazil, is the work of Gabriel and Flavia Lancha Oliveira. The altitude and climate makes it ideally situated for the growth of healthy, productive coffee trees and their cherries. Gabriel and Flavia are committed to the sustainable development of the region, both socially and economically. Their ethical farming practises and skills are recognised by Rainforest Alliance and UTZ certification. As founding members of the Alta Mogiana Speciality Coffee Association they work to promote speciality grade coffee in the region and the education of best farming practices. Every stage is monitored and recorded to allow 100% traceability of the coffee. The farm’s contribution to and respect for the local community is demonstrated in many practical ways.
